Y’All Didn’t Think I Could Bump Like This

I sit in my cubicle during the day and bop along to music on my headphones. My coworkers think I’m a bit nuts (especially when they realize I’m not exactly listening to Celine Dion but my guilty pleasure Rich Boy), but it’s just how I roll.

Lately I’ve been digging Kelly Rowland’s newest song, “Like This” featuring Eve. So since I seriously got the song on loop, you may ask: “Why do you love this so much?” Well, for one, the bangin’ beat is attributed to “a dholak drum (a common drum used in Punjabi music) throughout parts of the verse and chorus.” True story.
