For those who are considering hiring a creative event photographer, please also remember that we understand that your wedding might need to get a special quote. I have had a few situations where a mother or couple would contact me for a desi wedding, only to be written off that my standard pricing is “too high” without that person explaining about their budget and different event needs. I travel everywhere, and would gladly photograph a desi wedding and give a custom quote if I had a context for what was expected from me!

And you have to be realistic: please understand that yeah, you’re probably looking at at least $3000 for experienced and creative photography coverage. If you want full coverage but only want to pay $1500, you’ll probably end up with something mediocre at best.
